A Note About Shipping Costs

At Pure Beaver Hat Supply, we want to be upfront with you — you may occasionally notice a shipping cost in your cart that seems higher than expected. Here's what's going on and what we're doing about it.

Why does this happen? We ship using multiple box sizes to best fit each order. Occasionally, our shipping system doesn't select the optimal box size at checkout, which can result in an inflated shipping estimate.

What are we doing about it? We personally review every order before it ships. If you were overcharged for shipping, you will receive a refund to your original payment method along with a confirmation notification — automatically, no need to ask.

A Note on Delivery Times We are not the US Postal Service or any carrier service. If you experience a delay with Priority Mail or any other carrier, those concerns need to be directed to the carrier directly. We do not issue refunds for late deliveries by the carrier. We appreciate your understanding.

Full Value Shipping Insurance If you are shipping a high-value order and would like full value insurance, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order and we will invoice you separately for the insurance cost only — with full transparency, including a screenshot of the actual insurance charge.

Important: Full value insurance cannot be selected at checkout and must be requested directly. Without it, lost or damaged shipments are subject to the carrier's standard coverage limits only.
