Built for premium western hat making, this 100% Beaver Fur Felt Hat Body delivers exceptional durability, structure, and shaping performance in a true western weight felt. At 240g, it offers the body and stiffness preferred by professional hat makers crafting traditional cowboy and western styles.

Available in both full pounce and half pounce finishes, the felt features a smooth, refined surface that is ready for blocking, shaping, sanding, and custom finishing work. The western cowboy stiffness level provides excellent structure while still allowing for precise shaping and crease definition.

The open C-crown measures approximately 5.5" tall, giving makers ample height for custom western crown shaping. A generous 13 cm (5.118") brim allows flexibility for cutting and finishing a variety of western brim styles.

Pure Beaver Hat Supply ships orders via USPS and UPS to customers throughout the United States and select international destinations.

Domestic Shipping

All U.S. orders are shipped using USPS or UPS. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

International Shipping

We ship to many international destinations. Customers located in Asia or Europe must contact us directly before placing an order. These orders require a separate invoice and shipping quote due to varying carrier options, customs requirements, and shipping costs.

All international shipments are declared at their full purchase value. Returned International Shipments

Loss or Damage

Pure Beaver Hat Supply is not responsible for loss, theft, delay, or damage to packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed with the carrier. We are not responsible for loss or damage of underinsured shipments, whether domestic or international.
