Why Does It Seem the Shipping Costs are too much?

We at Pure Beaver Hat Supply want you to know that we are aware of some orders (carts) having a shipping cost that is unusually high.

Why?

To keep costs down for our valued customers, we utilize multiple boxes of different sizes depending on the products that need to be shipped.

Our eCommerce platform, Shopify, seems unable to handle this simple task. This platform defaults to using a default size box sometimes and other times the system chooses correctly.

What has the eCommerce platform said?

We have reached out to the eCommerce platform and they do not seem to want to do anything about it except to "take feedback" on the matter, and we have provided feedback many many times.

What are we doing about it?

While we continue to look for a more permanent solution,

• rest assured that all orders are being scrutinized and
• overcharges for shipping are and will continue to be refunded back to your original payment method with
• a refund confirmation notification sent.
