Finished with a 600 finish, this hat body offers a refined surface ideal for shaping, customizing, and finishing. The sturdy construction makes it an excellent choice for cowboy hat shapers, hand shaping, hat bars, and custom hat projects.

Please Note: Hat bodies are sold without a liner. Many hat bars add their own custom liners or branding elements. Liners and custom liner branding projects are available separately.
Shipping Policy
Pure Beaver Hat Supply ships orders via USPS and UPS to customers throughout the United States and select international destinations.
Domestic Shipping
All U.S. orders are shipped using USPS or UPS. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
International Shipping
We ship to many international destinations. Customers located in Asia or Europe must contact us directly before placing an order. These orders require a separate invoice and shipping quote due to varying carrier options, customs requirements, and shipping costs.
Duties, Taxes & Tariffs
All international shipments are declared at their full purchase value. International customers are solely responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, brokerage fees, VAT, or other import charges imposed by their country. Pure Beaver Hat Supply does not determine, collect, or estimate these fees, and we are unable to provide information regarding their cost prior to shipment.
Failure to pay required duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees may result in shipment delays, refusal, abandonment, or return of the package.
Returned International Shipments
Any international shipment returned to Pure Beaver Hat Supply due to refusal, non-payment of duties or taxes, incorrect address information, or failure to claim the package may be subject to deductions for all shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs fees, and other related expenses before any refund is issued.
Loss or Damage
Pure Beaver Hat Supply is not responsible for loss, theft, delay, or damage to packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed with the carrier. We are not responsible for loss or damage of underinsured shipments, whether domestic or international.
