All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect purchases, or color preference. Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor and screen settings and are subject to individual interpretation.

Orders paid using Shop Pay Installments are also final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges except where required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery by emailing purebeaverhatsupply@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Please use caution when opening your package. Do not use a knife or box cutter in a manner that could damage the contents. Damage caused while opening the package is not covered.

We inspect all products before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Branding or customized products
  • Blank hat liners
  • Sweatbands
  • Ribbon
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Any item marked Final Sale

Shipping Issues

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and timelines.

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. If shipping insurance was purchased or included, we will assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable. Claims are subject to the carrier's investigation and approval.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Orders

International shipments are declared at their full purchase value. Any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges assessed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

If an international shipment is refused or returned, any shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees, or other expenses incurred will be deducted from any approved refund, if applicable.

Discounts

Discounts generally cannot be combined. Our checkout system will automatically apply eligible discounts when multiple promotions qualify.
