Hat Making Workshop (5 Day) Deposit

5 Day Workshop:

• 1-on-1 Session Expert Instruction, Master Hatter of 14 years! No comparison to any other experience offered anywhere in the USA.
• Build one complete hat and work on a second build based on how well you do.
• 10:30am to 5pm, x 5 days M-F.
• Lunches will be provided.

Workshop Scope:

• Understand Blocking - Felt Preparation - Pounce Finish - Use Rounding Jack - Brim Cutting
• Sizing a Hat - Cutting Sweatbands - Size Properly, and fit your Sweatband to your hat's opening.
• Brim Treatments - Closed Loop Grosgrain Brim Binding - Use a Curling Tool to make a flat brim with a pencil curl and learn how to bind that brim work.
